BONAFÉ COMPLEX
Son Bonafé Petit is part of a complex of three dwellings in the municipality of Selva. In this project, although each dwelling is unique in its volume and spatial layout, common strategies and characteristics have been established that unite the complex, seeking harmony.
The meticulous choice of materials, the uniformity in the typologies of the shapes of the openings and the shared landscape strategies give coherence to the project. Despite these similarities, the design is distinguished by the variations incorporated in the volumes and the strategies of distribution and generation of spaces, generating a rich diversity within the conceptual unity.
SINGLE VOLUMEN
Son Bonafé Petit is the simplest project of the Bonafé complex. In this case, we have tried to keep the volume as simple as possible, following the scheme of Son Bonafé Gran, a rectangular volume with the communal spaces in the centre and the bedrooms at the ends, but this time in a single-storey volume.
In this case, as it is based on a simpler scheme, we have sought to experiment with the morphology of the interior space, generating a vault that makes the space feel much wider and that dialogues with the arched openings on both sides of this central area.
