The building is located right in front of La Lonja, one of the most interesting and remarkable buildings that can be seen in the city of Palma. Apart from all the beautiful historical buildings that are around and can even be seen from the property, the area is full of places to visit and activities to do, as well as restaurants, shops, art galleries and parks.
Furthermore, it is also right next to the seafront and the harbour. A place full of history and beauty where it is a privilege to be able to carry out this proyect.
KEEPING THE ESSENCE
The aim of this proposal is to maintain the essence of the building, the history of the place, the different lives that the building has had, but adding a new layer, a new contemporary character.
It is a proposal where the exterior spaces are very present in the interior. The house is in a unique location, so the aim is to give these views and elements maximum prominence and to make the most of the character they give to the interior spaces.
The organisation of the spaces, the materials used and the selection of the furniture pieces, have been kept as simple as possible, always seeking to provide spaciousness and generate a calm, warm and pleasant atmosphere.
