SPACE GENERATION

The layout of the house is divided into three main parts:

1. The entrance area, with a slight slope that houses the swimming pool and sun lounger terrace overlooking the sea. This area receives abundant sunlight from the south which can be used by the main living areas and the living room terrace.

2. The main core of the house, consisting of two volumes separated by a glass box housing the stairs and a central courtyard. The first part includes an open-plan space without pillars of almost 13 metres where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located. On the upper level of this room are the master bedroom and two bedrooms, all with sea views. The second part of the house houses a guest flat on the upper floor and, below this, a living and reading room that opens onto a large courtyard full of vegetation.

3. The expansive two-level courtyard, flanked by high walls to create an intimate and private atmosphere, features a large vegetation-filled flower bed that serves as a multifunctional bench. It also includes a barbecue area, a solarium and a gym with a large window that can be opened completely, connecting it to the garden.
