CONCATENATION OF SPACES

The fundamental strategy behind the architectural project is to create a central longitudinal axis, on the sides of which are zigzagging interior spaces intercalated with exterior spaces in the form of courtyards that give rise to terraces and vegetation areas.

Each room in the house has an associated courtyard, including the swimming pool, spa, gym and garage spaces on the underground level. This solution means that all the spaces have great luminosity, an important connection with the exterior, and a large number of crossed visuals that allow us to see the rest of the spaces and have a greater feeling of spaciousness.

EXTERIOR-INTERIOR CONTINUITY. LIGHT AND MATERIALITY

Therefore, the outdoor spaces are very important in this house. A very careful design of the landscape is made, always looking for autochthonous species, and different areas are designed in which these species are distributed and combined, transferring this rhythm of concatenation of spaces also to the exterior.

In addition, to emphasise the continuity between the spaces and the feeling of spaciousness, the material palette of the project is kept quite simple. The aim is to provide a very calm and minimalist atmosphere, where light and vegetation give the spaces their character.
