A GREAT COVER

This house seems to emerge from the sharp lines of the vineyard. Two imposing walls limit a large roof that seems to want to touch the earth. The composition of the house is clearly defined along two distinct axes, establishing a visual and functional connection with the surroundings.

The two side facades rise gradually from the base to the top, forming high and imposing gabled walls, interrupted only by two arches that limit two private courtyards next to the more public rooms.

ARCHITECTURE TO ENJOY NATURE

The other axis of the house is more permeable, housing all the windows and access to the exterior. On this axis we find a private courtyard with palm trees surrounded by high walls that leads to an open-plan area that houses the living room, dining room and kitchen. This space integrates seamlessly with the outdoor terrace and swimming pool, creating a bright and open environment that blends in with the atmosphere of the vineyard.

The main room is characterised by a rhythm of windows on each side which, when open, merge the interior and exterior. On the shorter sides of this room, large arches define the kitchen spaces and a sitting area on the other side.

With panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountain range and the peaks of Alaró and La Alcadena, the project has been designed to capture the scenic beauty of the region. Strategic openings, whether in the form of arches or windows, allow the exceptional natural surroundings to be enjoyed from every corner of the home.
